If you credit 13 Euros on your account, 10 Euros of such amount is the price that you pay for your Long Term Subscription (when you register to the system). The remaining 3 Euros are withdrawn as a precharge concept and it is the initial balance of your Sevici card that will allow you to start using the service (remember that the first 30 minutes you use your bike are free of charge).

Once your subscription has expired, we will give instructions to your bank to refund your deposit in 24-48 hours. Depending on your bank, you will get your refund in a period of time that varies from 1 up to 15 days.

Yes, for each bike you rent a day, the first 30 minutes of service are free of charge.

We recommend you to try in more than just one Parking Station with a credit or debit card. Steps to follow: firstly, hold your Sevici card in front of the reader; choose the “Credit your Account” option; insert your bank card, and once it is read, remove it when indicated on the screen. Once you remove your card, you may credit your card with the desired amount.

Yes, it is. You must know that the first step to complete registration is to withhold a deposit and charge you 13 Euros on your bank account. Once your bank authorises these transactions, we will send you by mail your Sevici card. You will receive it by ordinary mail to the address provided by you in your application form.

You must send us by ordinary mail a request asking to unsubscribe from the service. Please remember to enclose a photocopy of your identity card.

I want to return a bike and the Parking Station is full.

If that is the case, you must hold your user card in front of the card reader. The system will recognize it automatically and you will be given 15 free extra minutes to find the nearest Station. Also, in the System Access Terminal you will be able to locate the nearest Stations and also their availability (number of bikes and available bike posts).

Where can I find an updated Parking Stations map?

Where can I find an updated Parking Stations map?

At the moment, you can find a working Parking Station map on the web site of Sevici, www.sevici.es. In the System Access Terminal of all these Stations, you will be able to locate in a map the nearest Stations as well as their location in real time (bikes and free bike posts).

You must contact us by phone at (+34) 902 01 10 32 or send us an email from the Sevici web site, www.sevici.es. For security reasons, you will need to provide your subscription and identity card numbers, email address (the one that you wrote down in your application form) and the pin code that you entered to confirm your personal information.

Please remember that approximately every 15 days your bank will renew automatically the withholding deposit, cancelling the previous one.
