I have entered a wrong pin code and my Long Term Subscription card has been blocked. How can I unblock it?

You must contact us by phone at (+34) 900 900 722 or send us an email from the Sevici web site, www.sevici.es. For security reasons, you will need to provide your subscription and identity card numbers, email address (the one that you wrote down in your application form) and the pin code that you entered to confirm your personal information.

I have purchased a Short Term Subscription. When will I get back my deposit?

Once your subscription has expired, we will give instructions to your bank to refund your deposit in 24-48 hours. Depending on your bank, you will get your refund in a period of time that varies from 1 up to 15 days.

Is the first half hour of the service free of charge for each bike I rent?

Yes, for each bike you rent a day, the first 30 minutes of service are free of charge.

I am not able to credit mi account in the Parking Station. Where else can I do it?

We recommend you to try in more than just one Parking Station with a credit or debit card. Steps to follow: firstly, hold your Sevici card in front of the reader; choose the “Credit your Account” option; insert your bank card, and once it is read, remove it when indicated on the screen. Once you remove your card, you may credit your card with the desired amount.

My bank account has been charged already and I still do not own a Sevici card. Is this normal?

Yes, it is. You must know that the first step to complete registration is charge you 33,33 Euros on your bank account. Once your bank authorises these transactions, we will send you by mail your Sevici card. You will receive it by ordinary mail to the address provided by you in your application form.

How can I unsubscribe from the Long Term Subscription?

You can cancel your Sevici card through our home page www.sevici.es, in “My Account” and desactivate the automatic renewal option.

You can also send us a resquest asking for unsubscribing from the service by ordinary mail at P.I. El Pino, Pino Ponderosa nº3 CP 41016 Sevilla, by Fax 955 29 02 08, by the phone number 900 900 722 or going to the clients’ attention office at Edificio Laredo, Plaza San Francisco.

I want to return a bike and the Parking Station is full.

If that is the case, you must hold your user card in front of the card reader. The system will recognize it automatically and you will be given 15 free extra minutes to find the nearest Station. Also, in the System Access Terminal you will be able to locate the nearest Stations and also their availability (number of bikes and available bike posts).

Where can I find an updated Parking Stations map?

At the moment, you can find a working Parking Station map on the web site of Sevici, www.sevici.es. In the System Access Terminal of all these Stations, you will be able to locate in a map the nearest Stations as well as their location in real time (bikes and free bike posts).

From January 1, 2011 the withholding deposit will be still charged in the user´s bank account?

From January 1, 2011 only short term subscribers (CD) will be required to pay a deposit of 150,00 Euros.

If you need any additional information about SEVici, please visit us. You can find us in Edificio Laredo, near Plaza de San Francisco.

From September 1 to June 30 our opening hours are from Mondays to Thursdays, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Fridays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays closed.

From July 1 to August 31 our opening hours are from Mondays to Friday from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM. Saturdays closed.
