Is it possible to change the bank card details for the withholding deposit?

You must contact us by phone at (+34) 900 900 722 or send us an email from the Sevici web site, www.sevici.es, providing your subscription and identity card numbers, email address and the new bank card details that you wish to provide.

How much time do I need to wait after I send in the request for subscription?

Once we receive your completed application form, we will only need around 20 days to process your data and send you your card.

I lost my card. Could you please send me a copy?

You must contact us by phone at (+34) 900 900 722 or send us an email from the Sevici web site, www.sevici.es. Remember that we need you to provide your subscription and identity card numbers and both your home and email addresses.

The screen says that my account has expired and my card is blocked. What should I do?

You must contact us by phone at (+34) 900 900 722. Your bank card might have expired.

The screen says that I already have a bike rented so my card is blocked. What should I do?

You must contact us by phone at (+34) 900 900 722 or send us an email from the Sevici web site, www.sevici.es. We need you to provide the Station number where you returned your bike and, if possible, the Bike Post number and the bike number.

How can I update my bank details?

You can update your bank’s data in Sevici Website www.sevici.es, section “My Account”, “Update Credit Card” and introduce them. Remember that when updating your bank’s data, if you don’t have a debit balance, it will generate a charge of € 1 that will be immediately refunded in your subscriber's account.

What should I do in case I forget my pin code? (Long Term Subscription)

You must contact us by phone at (+34) 900 900 722 or send us an e-mail from Sevici web site, www.sevici.es. For security reasons you will need to provide your subscription and identity card numbers and your email address (the one you wrote down in your application form) in order to confirm your personal information.

If you need any additional information about SEVici, please visit us. You can find us in Edificio Laredo, near Plaza de San Francisco.

From September 1 to June 30 our opening hours are from Mondays to Thursdays, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Fridays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Saturdays closed.

From July 1 to August 31 our opening hours are from Mondays to Friday from 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM. Saturdays closed.
