Taking or Returning Points
Bike Posts
In each Parking Station you will find a System Access Terminal and Bike Posts. The number of Posts depends on the location, the surroundings and the frequency of use of every Station.
The Bike Post is designed to lock or unlock the bicycles, depending on your choice.
When you return a bicycle, an indicator light will let you know if you have correctly fixed your bike.
Main System Access Terminal
Thanks to the System Access Terminal you will be able to carry out several operations:
- Select and take a bike.
- Purchase a Short Term Subscription (weekly subscription) along its receipt.
- Get a printed receipt with your chosen route.
- Get information about the instructions of use and other general issues about the service.
- Check on a map the closest taking or returning posts.
- Increase your account with your credit card.
In the terminal you can easily follow the on-screen instructions that will enable you to choose the desired option.
Description of the Taking and Returning Posts
You will always find a Parking Station near you (to take and return bikes).
There are 250 Stations altogether spread out across the whole city every 300 meters approximately.
In every Parking Station you will find an interactive point that will let you purchase a subscription, select a bike, etc, and several Bike Posts that lock and unlock the bikes.
The System lets you take a bike in any Parking Station of the city and return it in any other one.
This system is devised to work continuously 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you feel like going shopping, enjoying some culture, meeting a friend or need to arrive to an appointment on time, you can now move around Seville with complete freedom and keep up to date with the current scene of your city on www.sevilla.org
