Riding a bike is good for your health


The regular practice of physical activity is necessary to enjoy good health: the experts recommend at least 30 minutes of practising a day. But you need time! Riding a bicycle is not only a pleasant activity but it is good for your health. Do some exercise while you travel!

Contrary to expectations, you can breath better riding a bicycle than driving a car: the exposure to pollution is up to 3 times weaker riding a bicycle. By car, the air that you breath settles at the same height that the exhaust pipes: which means that is highly polluted.

By bicycle, you are positioned way above the exhaust pipes, you breath a cleaner air and you spend less time stuck in traffic jams areas which are the most contaminated ones. The bicycle is therefore the ideal way to keep in shape!
